Sunday 6 May 2012: The Moon
No, sorry, it's not. I'm a tad confused. In fact it's a whitebait fritter.
Anyway. Lazy day today. Unpacked gear from our trip away, spent time with the kids, got a few things ready for work tomorrow, and also did some planning around the house. Tomorrow EQC (well Fetchers) are visiting at 8.30 to kick off our house repairs. So naturally, I did some preparation of our own, in the event that we can tack some additional work onto the repair.
And then a very yummy dinner to thank Grandma PS for looking after the kids while we've been away. Bluff oysters, whitebait fritters, prawns, squid rings and sole. All fresh. Washed down with a fine Central Otago Pinot.
Ahhh, good to be decadent every now and then ...
