Waiting Patiently

Today being Monday is a day out with the pack of five dogs. I've parked the car in the Church car park and Jess, Molly and Holly watch expectantly as the rest of the pack approaches - our two Labrador friends - Vinnie and Goldie ably led by Mrs Holly!

We had a great walk on the beach which was busy this morning due to the May public holiday. There were challenges however and we had to do a bit of herding and shepherding away from passing natives - not all of whom (understandably) appreciated a pack of five large dogs racing towards them !

Other challenging opportunities included chasing rabbits in the farmers field, really trying hard to chase a cyclist on the coastal path and eating cow pooh for lunch ...ugh .... the joys of dog walking.

Mrs Holly and I returned to the Church car park and made ourselves a coffee in the Hall (The Stables) to calm our nerves and ate some more of the chocolate biscuits left from yesterday- lovely - we're as bad as the kids!
