Monday 7 May 2012: Something different
At least for me. And not as easy as I thought when I looked around for a blip indoors on this damp evening and decided to try an SP. Difficult to have a bit of banter and build a rapport with this subject. He seemed distracted, as if thinking about other things (like what aperture to use, how to balance the flash and the ambient light, what to do with the off-camera flash). And couldn't decide whether to go with the glasses on or off. With seemed more in character, but then there's the problem of the shadows. Think I'll have to return to this subject. Maybe next time get him to crack a smile, although it will be tough telling him a joke he hasn't heard before.
