Watched The Proposal with Lucy and the Dogfield Street girls. A very special bunch of people. We dipped prawn crackers into lemon sauce, curled up on the sofas under blankets and sleeping bags with Glenda, the cushion shaped like broccoli, and took turns sighing over the lack of Ryan Reynolds in our respective lives. The slap of my wellies in the puddles cheered me all the way home.
