Monday 7 May 2012: Ye Olde English Shoppe
The village of Corbridge in Northumberland dates back to the 10th century. It has a Roman fort that was part of Hadrian's Wall.
So I expected a slice of Old England in the village centre.
Instead I got a shop called The-Village-Square.Com.
Oh well, I guess it's progress of a sort.
