Looking up

Bleak and cold today but things are looking up for me today. Can't say much but some things are in place to manage what needs to be and that's allowed me to relax a bit.

I'm glad I chose to bike to work rather than drive. It was grey and bleak but it didn't rain and I was lit up like a Christmas tree to combat the gloom. Most people had their lights on at 4pm. Yikes, it's only early May.

I had a phone call with Mum and Dad today. They're getting back into the rhythm of their lives.

I'm particularly looking forward to a warm bed and my book tonight.

I've back blipped Monday just for Mum :-)
