Thursday 10 May 2012: Wet bycycle
Edinburgh was sodden today. I was out for lunch in St Mary's St and walked back along Holyrood Rd. By the time I got into my office in the Parliament I was dripping wet, even though I had sheltered all the way under an umbrella.
This is taken from that office an hour or so later. Still raining, with the green trees around Dynamic Earth getting greener .
I remember that last year it started raining just around this time in May and forgot to stop. I hope no precedent is being followed.
