The Claudette trip to Mull

After a peaceful night in a wild campsite atop Blackmount shoulder, we had a lovely drive through snow, rain and sun.
Mull was resplendant and basked in glorious midge free sunshine. We crossed from Lochaline to Fishnish on the Cale-Mac ferry and drove along the single track sections of road at slow speed, enjoying the views and wildlife.
Tobermory was as colourful as expected. A lovely coffee on the Cafe on the pier, the organised a trip for the next day, but the boat left from the south of the island, so off we headed to the south of the island.

The campsite we stayed at, is situated above a beautiful white sand beach, which was littered with my favourite "C" shells and I collected a couple that evening and watched a lovely sunset with Ally.

The Oyster catcher calls and occaisional bleating sheep gave us a fabulous nights sleep.
