Thursday 17 May 2012: Aquilegia in the Morning
This morning I took some more Aquilegia/columbine pictures in the hope that the softer lighting would produce better results. Overall not bad - excepting the strange angle and the worry that I'm going to get arrested (I'm taking pictures at the end of people's gardens where they join the street).
This is the best picture of the set and other than my thumb which crept into shot it's not bad at all.
This evening we had a talk on Kingfishers in the village from a local photographer - he had several hundred good to stunning pictures to show. Though he isn't a professional speaker he did very well and I think the audience went home very happy.
