When I heard Kim singing Kids in America in the 1980's I never thought I'd meet her, but as it happened she went to school with a friend of mine.
Kim is opening the charity art event 'Titles don't matter' at Gravelly Barn this weekend.
This exhibition is a show of anonymous 12 inch canvasses, which you can buy for £45 each. The proceeds go to either Breakthrough Breast Cancer or Ataxia Research.
