First Gathering Of The Year

The first Old Gits' Coffee Morning of the year was held in Somerton. There was a big turn-out of former teaching colleagues at the house of a couple who were Deputy Head and DT teacher respectively.

This is the view from their house, looking towards Street Hill. Looks are deceptive here: for much of the morning you couldn't see the hill for torrential rain.
