A silvery morning

Woke this morning after sunrise, and the clouds were many and grey. Waited until other adults were awake to supervise the children, and indeed feed them breakfast, before I headed off on a run.

A surprisingly watery sun cast a soft silvery sheen on the water of Kawau Bay, seen from Snells Beach.

Spent the morning on various tasks on the computer, before heading south with Mr H and Young L, to return them home. An opportunity to pick up the replacement lens. On the first day I used the new Pentax, I got my blip of the day with the 50-200mm lens, which then jammed about six photos later. Pentax replaced it, and I collected it today. Looking forward to taking it with me on a morning run.
