Lots and lots of lasagna

Going skiing with colleagues next weekend, and instead of cooking there, I made lasagna a week in advance. I'll bring it frozen on the bus, and it'll thaw out to when we need it.

Lots of finely chopped celeriac and onions are slowly softening in the background, wine and tomato patiently waiting to get added.
