Rare Visitor

So, there I was, watching four Long-tailed Tits frolicking in the contorted hazel, being shoo-ed off by a Blue Tit to fly back and forth across the garden while a Robin waited patiently for its turn on the feeder.

I watched where they had gone and saw this bird nipping up the trunk of next-door's tree, just over the hedge; up it went, then skipped back down to start again.

That's the first Treecreeper I have seen in a garden setting.

(The old Blip would have allowed a decent enlargement but, if you can't make it out, it's on the right hand side of the left branch, just below the knots. It's there, honest...)
