This morning was bright and sunny but this afternoon it suddenly went very dark and we had a big sleet downpour.  No snow as yet thank goodness.

I've had to call on all my diplomacy skills today to deal with some difficult issues.  Seems to have done the trick for the time being.    I'm not on duty this weekend so will not be back in work until Monday once I shut down tonight.
