Supperers

A rare evening of song and merriment round at JSitting's gaff. Five blippers! And two others - one of whom was also a bloody fiddler. She wasn't bad at knocking out the tunes, I've got to admit, but she didn't have my knack of slipping in improvised variations as you'd expect from a master fiddler. But it's not all about me, of course. Nooo! Young Leasko, brought along a recorder, sang with her celebrated Shetland lilt and trilled sweetly, Jaybroek did his Withered Hand tribute act, Middleman banged out the 80s hits, as did Mad Jack Sitting, though he was a rusher or a dragger?
Top bloody evening and they even indulged me when the conversation turned to boats. That was after a decent period of not talking about boats. Ok, five minutes.
