Where Eagles Dare......oh ok Buzzards then

I saw a quote from Sir Richard Branson today that said “screw it, let’s do it!” In other words, stuff the rules and what people say is the norm, let’s go for it and reach for the stars.  I’ve loved today, learnt some new stuff, created some new stuff and re-visited some old stuff like my running.  Yep cycling yesterday, today running, and even though it wasn’t a great time I feel bloody great from everything today.
