The Champ

Another day leading change, and to make today even better my team were coming forward with their own innovations.  There’s a whole lot of change going on at the moment, I was thinking though that maybe it’s too much?  I think change is a constant though, so we’re never going to get away from that.

They love their motorsport in the Northamptonshire office, there’s cups, trophies, photos and these little replicas.  We have plenty in common.  One of my Twitter friends has nicknamed me the Champ, and I feel like it at the moment.
