Mosaïque reflection

A wonderful day out in the sun at the farmers' market at Mas Rolland, where we go to buy goats' cheese, today with the tiny village filled with stalls selling wine, cakes, bread, shell fish, organically produced pork, olive oil and tapenades, cherries, jams....and much more, including the goats' cheeses, of course. We were entertained by the jazz band Mosaïque and joined four friends as arranged (and many others at long tables) for lunch of paella made by the people who grow saffron at Neffiès. The delicious food, several bottles of very good local wine between the six of us and lots of friends who stopped to chat as they passed our table made for a very jolly few hours.
