She made it...

The first half of the week was rather harrowing on the commute.  My bottom bracket was in it's twilight years.  Any extra pressure applied created a gut wrenching death throe of a creaking.

I'd developed a very efficient pedalling circle to put less strain on it.

Luckily the new bracket arrived a lot quicker than expected and it's a section of the bike that's back to health.  Just waiting on the brake pads, rear cassette and chain to arrive in the post.  Might need a front chain ring as well.

Outside of that, finished a rather natty Excel Blip Text scraper.  Tested it out on my journal today and managed to grab the dates, titles, text and tags in a nice searchable database format with very little fuss.
