In praise of the simple

A moments peace when the world's going mad.

A soft breeze on a hot day.

A strangers smile when you feel all alone.

Birdsong.....whenever!

Taking your shoes off after a busy day.

Someone holding the door for you or saying thank you when you do.

Waking up next to the person you love.

Fresh olives and bread and butter.

Sand between your toes.

A job well done.

and last, but not least......finding the thing to blip that says it all........simple things, all beautiful.
