Monday 28 May 2012: Welcome resident
Hot day in the office. Big day for us as we've switched over to a new workflow system today - the last journal of the four to do so. Now we can generate a proof of a paper within about an hour of completing the editing. Lots of new operating procedures to get to grips with.
Popped out at lunchtime to a local garden centre to suss out the prices of their ponds. They are significantly cheaper than other places for the same bit of kit so I may try and wedge a large preformed pond into my car tomorrow.
If we can just persuade our frogs to hang on in the old leaky pond for a little longer, they should get a lovely new home soon. Let's hope the good weather continues over the jubilee bank holiday so we can get digging.
