Baby bunny!

Our 'killer' cat has discovered the baby bunnies down the lane and has become a ruthless hunter - much to our dismay.

Two have been brought home to us (well the bottom halves - all neatly cleaned out it seems) and given to us and two have been dragged in alive - up from the field and through the cat flap and also 'given' to us.

This one was a fighter and 'scared' the cat off although we then found it tightly up against a wall inside with its eyes shut - perhaps pretending we couldn't see it if it couldn't see us!

The kids rescued it and returned it to where we thought its home was - it did hop away so hoping it survived...

Also hoping that the cat will loose the urge to hunt these baby rabbits!
