Reflections on London

My friends and I went up to the Sky Garden of 20 Fenchurch Street on a day so windy we feared we'd be swept away.

The building, otherwise known as the Walkie Talkie is notorious for it's concave shape and ability to focus sun light on unsuspecting cars in the street below. This 'miscalculation' has since been addressed, however I feel physics education isn't what it used to be.

There's a restaurant up here and it's pricey (you are paying for the real estate) however members of the public can get up for free if you book ahead and are prepared for a security check. So already better than The Shard, with more space to wander around plus you are nearer the ground. The view of London is intimate from here.
