Bumble

The flowering currant was a buzz with bees of all kind this afternoon.

I'm just home from a lovely evening with fabulous women as we Ladies who Dine met once more at Chaplins in Haworth.  We've laughed and listened and given support and more.  Sadly we also learned that Charles has decided to retire after 19 years of running Chaplins and our favourite restaurant is up for sale.   Helen and I reckoned that we had been dining there for at least thirteen of those years.  Charles was in upbeat mode, promising a big party on the last night when the bar would need drinking up!
