NOT a Buttercup!

Although Anemone ranunculoides is perhaps unsurprisingly given it's look and it's name, a member of the Ranunculaceae.  In other words, they are related!  This little chap is very similar in habit to the common Wood Anemone only with flowers less than half the size.

Another late afternoon sun shot after a day of errands, phone calls, a meeting .... and chores.  Planning a little garden time tomorrow :-)
