Friday 1 June 2012: Reflecting on Friday Evening
The end of a trying week and I am looking forward to four days ignoring work.
I have used this sculpture before but with three sides and each one providing a different view I could not resist this one. Tonight there were a lot of people around the square in Winchester. The pubs, bars and restaurants all have tables outside with groups of people enjoying the warmth of the end of the day.
Sitting here this evening with a glass of wine having enjoyed a supper of Jersey New Potatoes and English asparagus things are beginning to look like this might be a good long weekend.
May not be able blip much so I will have some catching up to do next week, enjoy your weekend.
We have plans to walk some of the Wales Coastal Path, investigate the Pembrokeshire coast National Park and to see the seabirds on Skomer. All we need is for it not to rain too much.
