Dream like state

After a successful quiz nite, with hub along, we just missed out on third place, but had fun, and hub felt okish. We both slept but woke just after six and didn't get back off so not really enough sleep.

We stuck with our plans to visit our favourite garden nursery to pick up the remainder of our bedding plants for baskets, troughs etc. We found out last night that our quiz partners were doing likewise this afternoon! We stopped off for lunch at the little cafe on the way home and bumped into them in there, they were en route to the nursery.

After we got home, hub made room in the greenhouse to protect all the plants for a couple more weeks yet, and I went off out again in search of today's blip. I had seen a couple of rapeseed fields and thought they would be ideal, but I couldn't get close enough to them to get a decent shot, so instead, I hopped on the M62 for one junction and went in search of the "Dream" sculpture in St. Helens, which I have seen many times from the westbound carriageway. It always looks quite spectacular, depending on the colours, time of day, sky etc. If you want to know more about it, you can follow this link.
