Saturday 2 June 2012: David, where's your troosers?
We had a really fabulous day out in Perth today at the Big Jubilee Lunch and the Perth Kilt Run. The Kilt Run was an attempt to break the world record for the number of people running in kilts, which is currently held by Perth in Ontario, Canada. Unfortunately, despite valiant efforts and a great turn out, they missed out on beating the record by just 16 runners - so sad. But, the event was a huge success so I am sure they will run it again next year. David ran and borrowed Dad's kilt - as you can see, I was quite taken with him in it!
