Sunny Nelson

The hunter and I arrived in Nelson at the end of the day.

I left my blip late. It's hard to think quickly when you're travelling. This spot was the hunter's choice. I'm not sure we were supposed to stop where we pulled over but it worked. I wandered down to the estuary and admired te setting sun.

A successful navigation to the hunter's mate's business, followed by more successful navigation to his mate's home in the county just out of Nelson.

We've travelled in gorgeous weather and enjoyed the changing landscape through the upper half of the South Island.

Tomorrow sounds exciting. A boat, Pelorous Sound (in the Marlborough Sounds), fishing and hunting.
