Shades of Green

Lots of green around at Lauriston Castle. Went for a walk after tea, it was very peaceful and quiet. Didn't have as long as I would have liked though as the gates to the grounds closed at 8pm.

Feeling quite stressed this week, lots going on at work; today, at times was hard and I had to walk away from certain situations. I just felt too overwhelmed and panicky.

Psychiatrist tomorrow, hopefully find out what my lithium levels are and go from there.
