Bearded Dragon

Sam got Martin and I to take him to Cambridge Reptiles, today, mostly to persuade Martin of his commitment to having a gecko.   We all came away quite enchanted by another reptile - the Bearded Dragon, some of us positively enthusiastic!

Here is an 8 week old Beardie, & the 18 month old is my extra picture, they are far less jumpy and more stroke-able than the original idea, though equally incompatible with cats and dogs I suspect.  

Older boys have been in their rooms revising....
