The Crack

The crack arrived in the post today, not the illegal type of course, its a local guide to what's on locally. I always pick up a copy when I see it in a cafe or pub and inspect it from cover to cover so decided to subscribe to it.

At work today, I heard about an "active workplace" scheme where employees can do sport at a reduced cost. I signed up to start sea kayaking lessons! I loved kayaking in New Zealand but I am not sure how it will be in the chilly North Sea.....
I went swimming after work, thought I better start practicing in case the kayaking goes wrong.
