Home again

We left Broome yesterday after a final shop at the Pearl shops where I purchased some earrings and a wander through the markets.  The flight home was over the Tanami desert and passed over Uluru as you can see here just on sunset.  A beautiful Broome day leaving only to arrive in Sydney coinciding with the Antartic Vortex and a massive electrical storm.  I swear we were all walking in circles when we disembarked because we were on a holding pattern for 45 minutes.  It comes a time you think they are not going to do this forever, I wonder where we will wind up.  It was amazing seeing the lightning bolts over Sydney from the air.  A very late arrival and then back to Mums for the night before catching the train to Newie.
