Dealing with it

We've finally had the chance to take a look at what the local stream's been doing in this insane weather. Apparently we had a month's rainfall in 12 hours at one point.

These two guys have the delightful job of mucking out the drain at the end of the stream! We've never seen it go so high in 20 years - it almost overflowed it seems, which is something considering it has about six foot of bank on either side.

Also, it's colder than parts of northern Europe and Canada. In June.

Crazy.

Another crazy thing is that it's my 2 year blip tomorrow, will try and remember to blip something good or 730 themed!
