Ladybird

I love this little poppy, Papaver orientale "Ladybird" These ones are in the display beds at the Garden Festival and had been brought on for flowering at the show. The ones I bought will come into flower in a weeks time and give me the pleasure of seeing them all over again.

Thanks for the nice comments you made yesterday about my border, I felt I wanted it to be an important part of the picture.
