The Walter Anderson Museum of Art

We had a most amazing tour of the WAMA, given by Anderson's daughter Leif, a fellow blipper. It was my first blipmeet, and I drank in the magic of meeting a stranger/not-stranger whom I knew only from this marvelous site, through another blipper, Kendall (whom I have yet to meet in person).

It was quite extraordinary, to hear bits of stories about the artist, the individual art pieces, and about the museum itself. The stories, so intense, unique, and personal, yet all somehow familiar. We are all similar is so many ways. It all blurs into one now, Leif and the stories, the place, and the art; I can't separate them from each other.
