After the Herald article, a councillor has taken it upon himself to contact the rozzers and make a formal complaint about Cigs.  Thus unleashing the hounds of Hades on our hero. Ooops. Sorry, Cigs. But on the plus side, you'll now be a fugitive and everybody loves a fugitive.

I was out on the road today; and even before I'd clocked on, I managed to do this one before presenting at my first call of the day at a rather nice property in the leafy suburbs.
