Smile For the Camera!

Here's my new toy. It has no electronic parts at all. Doesn't it look eager? It has a ratchet action which I hope will make it easier to use than my old one. After the snow there are so many broken branches to trim. I'm keen to try it, but it's too cold and wet out.

I had a quick trip to Christchurch this morning. I went into only three shops- a hardware, a greengrocer, and a supermarket. The weather is foul. Sleet is hissing against the house. We could get another lot of snow, perish the thought.
