Thursday 14 June 2012: Not Because I Want To...
It's a matter of necessity. xP
I'm 400 calories under my goal for the day - which is probably too low to begin with, now that I'm running, and not just actual runs, but running to and from the railway station every day. I've begun to wonder if some of the reason I get fatigued earlier than I think I ought to when running is that I'm starving meself a bit. xP
So, 155 per cookie, and 70 for the skim latte ... Still under, but as close as I'm going to get.
