Aahhhhh....

haven't felt this relaxed in a few weeks!   boy what a few hours by the water, on the beach, in the sunshine can do for the soul!!!   we had a lovely few hours down at Little River Beach...it is the best kept secret on Cape Breton Island!  On our way to the beach we have to pass the best little bakery place....The Clucking Hen....coffees and goodies were purchased...and scoffed!  Totally delightful!
