Parklife

Took the Jnrs out to a local park this morning. Jnr Jnr got an introduction to some techniques to improve her overarm throwing and Jnr Snr wowed me with how far she has come after some PE lessons and clubs at school that have focussed on throwing/catching.  We also had a little kick about, walked round the greenest pond in the world, surprised a vole and laughed a lot.

Who needs iPads when you have a park, the sun and a tennis ball?

We then went home where they sat on the sofa on their iPads.
Not for long though, the dentist awaits for them this afternoon and I am thinking about a long ride again.
