Bottom of the fridge day at lunchtime.

A couple of tomatoes, a red onion and some bread all needing to be used up. Add some basil from the greenhouse, a bit of Parmesan and a little vinaigrette.

Bingo. Bruschetta.  

In the morning I got an email from N inviting me round for juice and a gossip in the afternoon. She's been clearing out the bottom of her fridge and had juiced what was usable.

I opted for her (fruity) orange one. The (veggie) green one looked a bit fierce.
