ABSTRACT OR NOT

I like this capture of waterlily leaves.
Extremely hot again this day. No way to go anywhere at all.
Completely inmersed in my book, sitting in my broad chair on the balcony.
However, late in the afternoon, we drove to the supermarket to get some things to eat.
And from there Piet Hein and I visited the garden in the Brueckenstrasse, where the pretty garden is, with a small pond.

My haiku:

They can land upon
The leaves, sit for a while,  and
Think about their lives

And the proverb:

He was born in August.
