Eccles Cakes

I'm no food photographer, but this is the second food blip in three days - desperation as set in!  
Just been so busy this week, three nights out and book club tonight.  Tomorrow morning I'm hosting our district craft group, hence the baking tonight as I prepare our dinner.  Its all go.  Muffins and savoury toasties to be done in the morning.  And, the Gourmet Rocky Road for a sweet nibble as well.
