Simple

Time for ourselves today. Doreen was back in her own home with Barbara and David in attendance, so we had the day to ourselves - at least until the evening until they all came down for dinner.

Part of the morning was taken with preparing and part cooking a lamb tagine but there was time for coffee and relaxation before lunch.

Lovely weather, so we took the opportunity to travel down to Hythe and Sandgate to walk along the seafront and then up on to the Folkestone Leas and back in glorious sunshine and wonderfully clear atmosphere. Even from Hythe the French coast could be seen which is unusual for this far from Dover.

It's a simple scene today, clearly the law of thirds, all that's missing is a bit more interest in the foreground. A real hard edge to the horizon, probably if you went out there you'd see water tippling over the edge of the Discworld as described by the great Terry Pratchett.
