This was 5pm. Poor bloke must have been shattered.
(Or drunk? More than one pub just behind where I took this from.)
I stayed around a few minutes until I saw him move when his mobile rang. He seemed okay and hadn't actually collapsed on the wall. He was also wearing tiny headphones that were belting some noise out at quite a volume.
