Be Here Now

A good day filled with the usual dog walking, cooking and housework before settling down to finish some image editing. Nick took the girls swimming and Sam returned home from his party.

I am trying very hard to be in the moment. I have a tendency to race ahead or look behind. I forget the now. Life becomes less stressful and it definitely makes me more productive. If I have learnt anything from the last two years it's to be kind to myself and just be here now.

I wish England would do the same - they are just beginning extra time against Italy and as ever it's not very pretty to watch.
