Part of the Structure...

This has been tickling me all weekend.  My sister in law is a staunch, dyed in the wool Spurs supporter.  I'm not terribly familiar with my football rivalries but I believe that is a polar opposite to an Arsenal supporter.

BrotherTFP and wife are having their Camden house re-modelled just now so have moved into one of her leased flats and it not only is behind the rather impressive and massive Emirates stadium, the flat is actually part of the same block as the main ticket office and thus part of the superstructure of the organisation.

Another impressive London thing.... The underground payment system.  The London underground has (probably ages ago) adopted the debit card contactless system.  You can swipe your contactless debit card on the gates and walk on through.  Swipe it on your way out and it charges accordingly.  Even better than that, if you go over the threshold that would equate to a standard day ticket, it stops charging you and assumes you bought a day ticket.

That is smart thinking....
