shotlandka's weebig world

Autumn colour

A little time off work to make up for a busy working weekend last weekend. A household day yesterday saw some cooking, cleaning and washing, but today was a bit more fun. I went for a wee cycle, looked round Hinskey Park, then headed to the pictures. Good to have two decent films to watch, which is a lot harder to do here than it was in the lovely big Cineworld in Glasgow Renfrew Street. The order of the day was Suffragette, followed by The Martian, both of which are really worth seeing. Suffragette made me think of my great grandmother, who was one - you can hear a bit more about her, and see an old blip of her WSPU sash here.
